How to Insert a Picture in a PDF (Windows, Mac, Online)

Forgot to add a photo? Need to paste a signature? Inserting an image into a finished PDF is a common need.
Method 1: Use a PDF Editor (Easiest)
You don't need to convert back to Word. Use a PDF Editor.
- Go to Percime PDF Editor
- Upload your PDF
- Select the Image tool in the toolbar
- Upload your picture (JPG or PNG)
- Drag and resize it to place it exactly where you want
- Download the updated PDF
Method 2: Mac Preview
- Open PDF in Preview
- Edit > Insert > File (Select image) - Note: This sometimes adds it as a new page.
- Alternative: Open the image in Preview, copy it (Cmd+C), then paste (Cmd+V) into the PDF page.
Method 3: Convert to Word
If you have major edits to make along with the image:

- Save back as PDF
